How-to Navigate ESCU Website

There are 2 ways to navigate (=access information on) this Website:

1. Main Menu (click on the yellow button)
2. Sitemap (click on the red button)

1. First approach gives the list of main sections with the first page about current events and themes of the ESCU.

Clicking on each section's link opens a section's submenu, from which particular webpages can be chosen. 

2. Second approach - Sitemap, which is, in fact, a table of contents (TOC) of the whole Website. Here the user can choose subsections directly.

There are two versions of the sitemap: textual list and graphical map in the style of a tube map.

3. Unlike these 2 approaches, where user is guided through the hierarchy of sections, subsections and webpages, there is a 3rd way to search for pages and that is using keywords (terms and names). Enter the desired word or a phrase in the field in the header and press GO button to activate search.

Webpages and PDF pages

On the ESCU Website, besides standard webpages, pages in Adobe PDF format are also used. It is a very common format on the Internet and it is widely used on the Websites of EU institutions.

PDF files are not only used to recreate original document, its layout, but can also have links and form-data-input features. If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader there is a button on the bottom of every page (where PDF files are used) to download it.
